What happens next

Three conversations, then a decision.

We do not run a long funnel. The goal is to establish quickly whether Venaera is the right answer for your estate, and to tell you honestly if it is not.

Step 01

Briefing call

Forty five minutes on your estate, your current tooling, where coverage ends today, and what is driving the timeline. Technical from the start, with an engineer on the call.

Step 02

Scoping review

We map your sources, estimate ingest volume, and identify the gaps worth closing first. You receive a written scope with coverage, exclusions, and service targets stated plainly.

Step 03

Commercial and legal

Pricing against the scope, contract terms, data handling and residency arrangements, and the offboarding procedure agreed up front rather than at the exit.

Step 04

Deployment

Core integrations live in the first week, full coverage inside the first month for a standard estate, and a named point of contact from the day you sign.

Make the first call count

What to bring.

None of this is required to get in touch. But if you have it to hand, the first conversation goes from general to specific immediately, and you get a far more useful answer out of it.

If you do not have it, that is itself worth discussing. Not knowing your own source inventory is extremely common and is usually the first gap we help close.

  • Sources A rough list of the security tools and platforms in your estate: endpoint, identity, cloud, email, network, and anything proprietary.
  • Volume Approximate telemetry ingested per month, or your current SIEM licence tier, which is usually a reasonable proxy.
  • Coverage today Who watches alerts, during which hours, and what happens to a critical alert at three in the morning right now.
  • Pressure What is driving this: an incident, an audit finding, growth, a board question, or an existing provider that is not working.
  • Constraints Data residency requirements, regulatory obligations, systems that must never be isolated automatically, and procurement timelines you have to hit.
