Live dashboards
Current case load, triage latency distribution, escalations open and closed, source health by connector, and the full verdict history on any alert you want to inspect.
Venaera runs a single continuous workflow over your environment: detecting at machine speed, prioritizing with cybersecurity-trained reasoning, and containing with human-approved action. Signal enters once and leaves as either a closed finding or a handled incident.
Ingest, normalize, enrich, and issue a first verdict on everything that arrives.
Score behaviour, collapse correlated noise, and rank what a human should see.
Confirm, approve, execute, and close with the evidence written down.
Return every verdict to the models so the pipeline sharpens on your estate.
Domain-specific models ingest and triage every incoming alert from every connected source. Nothing is sampled, nothing is queued for business hours, and nothing is dropped because a rule was too noisy to keep enabled. Coverage is a property of the design rather than a configuration choice you have to defend in a budget meeting.
Models score, rank, and surface only the alerts that need attention, removing the large majority of false positives while keeping every alert inside coverage. Because the models read attacker behaviour rather than matching signatures, what escalates arrives with the reasoning, the evidence, and the technique mapping already attached.
Every suppressed alert keeps its verdict, its reasoning, and its evidence, and stays queryable for the life of the engagement. Analysts audit suppression classes weekly, and you can inspect any decision the platform made on your data at any time.
When a threat is confirmed, Venaera delivers an ordered containment sequence, automated execution where it is safe, and clear response steps for the work that belongs to your team. A human analyst approves every move with operational consequence, and nothing irreversible happens on a model verdict.
Coverage is only meaningful if you know what is inside it. This is the signal we expect from a mature estate, the behaviour each source exposes, and the response actions it makes available to us.
| Domain | Signal ingested | Detection focus | Response actions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloud platform | Native security findings, control plane audit logs, workload and container runtime events. | Privilege escalation, exposed storage and secrets, anomalous API use, crypto mining. | Policy correction, key revocation, resource quarantine. |
| Endpoint and EDR | Process trees, memory access, script execution, driver loads, persistence changes. | Credential theft, living off the land tooling, ransomware staging, hands on keyboard activity. | Host isolation, process termination, artefact collection. |
| Identity and access | Authentication events, session metadata, role and group changes, conditional access decisions. | Impossible travel, push fatigue, token theft, privilege creep, dormant account revival. | Session revocation, forced reset, access removal. |
| Email and collaboration | Message metadata, detonation verdicts, mailbox rule changes, sharing and permission events. | Business email compromise, payload delivery, mailbox exfiltration, consent phishing. | Message purge, rule removal, consent revocation. |
| Network and edge | Flow records, DNS resolution, proxy and firewall decisions, VPN session data. | Command and control, data staging and egress, lateral movement, tunnelling. | Perimeter blocking, DNS sinkhole, segment enforcement. |
| SaaS and business apps | Administrative actions, API and integration activity, data access and export events. | Integration abuse, mass download, privilege misuse, insider data movement. | Token revocation, integration disable, session termination. |
| Logging and SIEM | Existing normalized pipelines, retained historical telemetry, detection rule inventory. | Coverage gaps, rule decay, ingestion failure, historical scope during investigation. | Detection content updates, pipeline repair requests. |
Triage speed is the visible number. These are the practices that make the number worth trusting, and they are where most of the engineering effort actually goes.
Detection content is written, tested against your historical telemetry, and shipped in a reviewed change process. Rules that fire constantly without producing a true positive are not muted and forgotten, they are rewritten or retired with the reasoning recorded.
We also track rule decay. A detection that was precise in January degrades as your infrastructure changes around it, and we treat that drift as a defect rather than a fact of life.
Attacker tradecraft and technique taxonomies, real detection logic across major tooling, raw log and telemetry structure from the sources we support, and the accumulated verdict history of investigations across the service. The models learn the shape of your estate during onboarding and keep learning for as long as the engagement runs.
Your data is used to serve and improve your coverage. It is not pooled with other clients for model training without a separate written agreement, and sector-specific controls are honoured where they apply.
Models are permitted to read everything, score everything, suppress with reasoning, and execute only pre-authorized low consequence actions. They are not permitted to declare an incident, approve containment that interrupts a business process, or communicate to your team unreviewed. Those boundaries are enforced in the platform, not in a policy document.
Every verdict keeps the evidence that produced it. When an intrusion turns out to have started weeks earlier, the investigation does not stop at the edge of a dashboard window, and the timeline you receive is reconstructed from retained telemetry rather than from memory.
Severity is assigned against your environment rather than a vendor default, because a public bucket holding marketing assets and one holding claims data are not the same finding. These are the standing behaviours. Exact targets are set in your engagement.
| Severity | Analyst action | Client contact |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | Immediate human review, containment prepared before contact. | Direct call to your escalation contact, any hour. |
| High | Human review on shift, containment proposed with evidence. | Notification by agreed channel with a written summary. |
| Medium | Investigated and resolved by the analyst team. | Reported in the daily digest unless it escalates. |
| Low | Verdict recorded, correlated into standing cases. | Visible on the dashboard and in weekly reporting. |
| Suppressed | Reasoning recorded, class audited weekly. | Queryable at any time, summarized monthly. |
Reporting is built for three different readers: the engineer who needs detail, the security lead who needs trend, and the executive or auditor who needs evidence that the control exists and works.
Current case load, triage latency distribution, escalations open and closed, source health by connector, and the full verdict history on any alert you want to inspect.
What was escalated and why, what was contained, tuning changes shipped, detection coverage added, and the specific items waiting on your team with named owners.
Trend against prior periods, posture movement, recurring root causes, threat activity relevant to your sector, and audit ready evidence of monitoring and response.
Bring us your source inventory and your current alert volume. We will walk the pipeline stage by stage against what you actually run and show you where coverage changes.
